Sky Borges Hotel Alpenhaus - Gramado, Gramado

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and the staff was generally helpful, I faced some issues with the amenities and location. The breakfast was decent, but not extraordinary, and the heating in my room was on full blast, making it uncomfortably warm at times. Overall, it's not a bad place, but it definitely needs some attention to detail.
